Exit Alert 4060 - Exit Alert 4060 is a wandering patient nurse call system based on the 4061 Loop Amplifier and the 4060 Wrist Pendant. It enables an alarm to be automatically sent from any door open event to the 5000 system when a resident wearing a wrist pendant attempts to exit from that door. The CareTech PIR motion sensor can be used to connect to both home alarms and nurse call systems. The PIR can be set up to monitor for movement over a period of time and if no movement has been displayed for this set period of time an alarm is then sent (Daily Sign of life). |

It features individual Call and Reset buttons, LED indicator, removable clip to change the lithium CR2025 battery.
